Ingredients

  • 125 g Oats

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 Banana (ideally not too ripe)

  • 50-100 ml of any type of milk (more for larger, flatter pancakes)

  • 1 tsp Rapeseed/Olive Oil per batch

  • Toppings
  • Any Fruit

  • Nuts

  • Low Fat Yoghurt

  • A dash of honey

Directions

  • Blend the oats, banana, and eggs together until a paste is formed.
  • Add milk to preference (more milk will make a thinner mixture)
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan
  • Using a ladle, add 2-4 separate scoops of mixture to a pan
  • Cook on each side for approximately 3 minutes or until the outside of the pancakes become golden brown and they are cooked through
  • Repeat with the next batch until you have used all of the mixture
  • Serve with a mixture of yoghurt, fruit and nuts to taste
