3 Reasons why its heart healthy:
- This recipe uses fat free Greek yoghurt which is lower in saturated fat than its full fat version. This will help to keep your LDL (bad) cholesterol levels low.
- Swapping from white to wholemeal flour is great for your heart. It is higher in fibre and so helps to lower your cholesterol levels and your blood pressure.
- Making pizza at home is a great alternative than getting a takeaway. It is easy to make, higher in protein and has no added salt or sugar.
