3 Reasons why its heart healthy:

  1. This recipe uses fat free Greek yoghurt which is lower in saturated fat than its full fat version. This will help to keep your LDL (bad) cholesterol levels low.
  2.  Swapping from white to wholemeal flour is great for your heart. It is higher in fibre and so helps to lower your cholesterol levels and your blood pressure.
  3. Making pizza at home is a great alternative than getting a takeaway. It is easy to make, higher in protein and has no added salt or sugar.
