The anonymous heART project
What is The anonymous heART project?
This exciting project features hundreds of A5 sized pieces of artwork which have been created and donated by famous artists, celebrities, influential figures and creative supporters of Heart Research UK.
All contributors were provided with blank A5 postcards to doodle, paint or sketch on and asked to sign the reverse. All artwork will be sold on eBay over a 10 day period from 2 – 11 November 2018. What makes this auction so exciting is that the bidder is unaware who the creator of the piece is, they could pay very little for something that is worth a lot, people are bidding on what they like, in the hope they win a masterpiece. The creator of each piece will only be revealed when the auction closes. All money raised from the sale of the art will be spent on the prevention, treatment and cure of heart disease.
“These miniature masterpieces are quirky gift ideas and are the perfect gift for someone who has everything!”
Who are the contributors?
Our contributors range from established artists to many famous faces including Hollywood actor Tom Hardy, comedian Vic Reeves and presenter Chris Evans, as well as lots of high profile artists whose pieces sell for thousands. A full list of contributors will be available to view throughout the live auction as well as in the lead up. Keep an eye on this page for all the contributor details.
