One of our leading corporate partners has revealed how much they raised for charity in 2017.
Clothing retailer Damart raised over £37,000 by by selling limited-edition items and through staff fundraising activities, including a Christmas lunch and sponsored walk.
The money will be shared between Heart Research UK, Breast Cancer Now and The Silver Line.
Damart have supported us in a variety of ways over the past decade, from selling limited edition t-shirts to summer fundraising days including 'Get your kit on' day and making healthy heart smoothies using smoothie bikes. More recently, they have provided support to our women's heart health campaign #LovingHearts
Damart Marketing and E- Commerce Director Phil Anderson said: “We hope to not only raise as much money as possible for the charity, but also increase awareness about the disease in order to help our customers, staff and people around the UK look after their hearts and lead a healthy life.”
