
Overnight Oats
Recipe by Ross EvansOvernight oats are incredibly quick and easy to prepare the night before. This breakfast is also cheaper and lower in sugar than many breakfast cereals.

200 g porridge oats
500 ml 0% fat Greek yoghurt
200 g fruit of your choice (e.g. blueberries, raspberries, chopped strawberries or apple)
2 tablespoons a nut or seed of your choice
Directions
- Mix the porridge oats and the yoghurt together in a bowl until filly combined
- Add the fruit and stir to ensure it is well combined with the oats and yoghurt
- Place in the fridge overnight
- Serve the oats in bowls, sprinkled with nuts/seeds
