Brian's story

Brian is one of the incredible artists who contribute to our anonymous heART project.

I’m an artist who was unfortunate enough to have a heart attack some years ago. Fortunately, thanks to the wonderful treatment I received at the time, I survived.

I remember one day receiving a call from the charity after they’d seen some of my work. They asked if I’d be interested in creating postcards for the anonymous heART project.

After what I’d been through feeling grateful to be alive and well after such a serious illness, I was happy to help. That’s why I continue to take part every year.
