Our preventative work within communities up and down the country will help those who need it most today!
That’s why we work closely with individuals, local groups and other organisations to make sure heart diseases are prevented or detected at an early stage.
Central to this work are our Healthy Heart Grants. Vital funding that powers UK-wide community groups and charities which encourage people to look after their heart in a fun, educational and sociable way.
We also provide free community heart health checks. Potentially life-saving assessments that are held in an informal setting, such as a community centre, library or village hall.
Already, our work with individuals, groups and other charities has had a hugely positive impact on communities across the UK.
