Physical Activity Toolkits for improved patient care
Our toolkits are designed to help people with heart conditions stay active safely.
They explain why physical activity is so important, highlight symptoms to watch out for, and suggest key questions to ask your cardiologist. Each toolkit offers clear guidance on the type, duration, and intensity of activity that’s safe, so you can feel confident about staying active while taking care of your heart.
We have designed 4 individual toolkits for different audiences: Children, Teen & Adult, Parents, Teachers & Club Leaders
You can request free physical copies of the toolkits which we will mail out to you. To save paper, we recommend ordering A2 posters for your clinic or waiting room, allowing patients to scan and download a digital version.
