Northern Lights Winter Trek

On this 5 day challenge, you will trek through Southern Iceland, seeing natural lakes, waterfalls, hot springs, lava rocks and bubbling mud pools, plus, with any luck, the Northern Lights. You’ll also get a little time in Reykjavik at the end of the challenge to celebrate your achievements.

This challenge takes place in March and November each year, and there are three different cost options for you. With each option you will pay a non-refundable registration fee to Discover Adventure. Then you have the choice of:

• Fundraising option – you commit to raising a minimum amount of sponsorship for Heart Research UK, and we will then cover the cost of your trip.
• Part-payment option – you pay an additional amount yourself, then raise a lower minimum amount of sponsorship for Heart Research UK, and we will cover the balance of your trip.
• Full payment option – you fund the entire cost of the challenge yourself. There is no minimum sponsorship requirement, we just ask you to raise as much as you possibly can.
