Our Fellowships, in partnership with the British Cardiovascular Society (BCS) and the Society for Cardiothoracic Surgery (SCTS) provide NHS staff with opportunities for advanced training and skill development at leading global centres.

Open to BCS and SCTS members, these Fellowships are ideal for consultant cardiologists and teams looking to lead quality improvement in healthcare.

What are the aims of our Fellowship programmes?

The Fellowships fuel additional training for cardiologists across the UK to make advancements in heart health care.

To provide clinical top-up training to a broad spectrum of the NHS workforce including trainee / consultant cardiologists, cardiology nurse specialists, cath-lab staff, physiologists & scientists.

Fellowships promote the acquisition of new clinical skills to progress the knowledge and skill base to improve patient outcomes in the UK.

Individuals or a clinical team, can visit global centres of excellence to observe and/or participate in care delivery to observe specific pathways of care / procedures which could be adopted back in the UK.
