Health Checks

Knowing your heart health numbers is important and can save lives. Heart Research UK offer nationwide physical health checks, available in the workplace or venue of your choice. These can include blood pressure, cholesterol, body composition analysis and healthy lifestyle advice.

Webinars and In-Person Seminars

Heart Research UK offer a series of webinars and in-person seminars to support the health of your colleagues and employees. All our educational content is delivered by qualified health professionals and aims to inspire healthy lifestyle changes to prevent deaths from heart disease.

Healthy Hearts at Work Online Programme

In four key steps, our Healthy Hearts at Work programme supports organisations to improve employee health and wellbeing and prevent coronary heart disease, which is one of the single biggest killers in the UK. We provide public recognition for your efforts through our ‘Healthy Heart Employer’ award.
