Our health checks last 20 minutes and are completely free to book. You will have access to:
A simple test using a blood pressure monitor will tell you if your blood pressure is healthy, raised, high, or very high. We will explain the results in detail and refer you to your GP for further investigation if necessary.
Using bioelectrical impedance scales, we measure your body fat, muscle mass, and overall health, offering key insights into your heart health and fitness.
A quick finger-prick test provides you with your cholesterol results in minutes. Monitoring your cholesterol is essential for heart health, as high levels can increase your risk of heart disease and stroke.
Your results will be thoroughly explained, and you'll receive personalised behavioral lifestyle advice from our Healthy Heart Coaches to help improve your heart health.
