This naturally caffeine-free Blueberry & Rooibos Sparkler is full of flavour, low in sugar, and kind to your heart. With antioxidant-rich rooibos and fresh berries, it's a vibrant alternative to alcohol – perfect for toasting to your health.


Method

  1. Steep the rooibos tea bag in 1 cup boiling water for 5–7 minutes. Remove the bag or strain, then cool.
  2. In a small bowl or glass, gently crush the blueberries with lime juice to release their juice.
  3. Fill two glasses with ice. Divide the blueberry-lime mixture between the glasses. Pour over the cooled rooibos tea (about ½ cup per glass), then top up with sparkling water.
  4. Garnish with a mint leaf and cucumber slice, and enjoy!
