This Fibre Seed Sprinkle is a nutritious blend of various seeds, perfect for boosting fibre intake and adding delightful crunch to your meals. Packed with heart-healthy ingredients, it’s an easy way to support cardiovascular health, adding additional nutrients to salads, soups, porridge and even pasta.


Method

  1. Open all the seeds and mix them together in an air-tight storage jar.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon (10g) to whatever you are eating!
