This healthy Frozen Yoghurt Bark is a tasty replacement for late night snacking. It comes together in minutes and works out at about 20p per portion, making it a great budget friendly option. Featuring antioxidant rich berries and omega-3 rich seeds, it’s a great heart-healthy alternative to your regular sweet-fix.

Frozen Yoghurt Bark

Method

  1. Line a baking tray or shallow oven dish with grease proof paper.
  2. Spread the Greek yoghurt evenly over the tray and scatter over the frozen berries and mixed seeds.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds and stir, repeat until fully melted then drizzle over the yoghurt and berries.
  4. Freeze for about 3 hours until completed set before breaking into 6 pieces and enjoying. It can be kept in the freezer until ready to eat, just take it out of the freezer for 10 minutes to thaw before eating.

    Ingredients

  • 300g plain 0% Greek yoghurt
  • 100g frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp mixed seeds
  • 6 squares dark chocolate (70% cacao or higher)
