Physical activity is a crucial component of care for the ~1 million people living with heart failure in the UK.

However, only a very small proportion of people fulfil the recommended physical activity guidelines. A new programme, BeActive-HF provides resources and support for people to do physical activity.

This aims to improve quality of life through decreasing symptoms and hospitalisation for people across the UK with heart failure.
