Flexible and Hybrid Working

We want our employees to have a balanced lifestyle through our flexible working scheme including hybrid and remote working.

Holiday and Leave

We offer 22 days' holiday plus the standard eight bank holidays. We also finish at 4pm on Fridays, starting 30 minutes earlier to kickstart the weekend sooner.

Wellbeing and health

Staff are encouraged to take three 20-minute walks weekly, outside lunch breaks, at any time of day. We also offer wellbeing sessions, health insurance for claiming various health costs, and an employee assistance program with counselling and other wellbeing support.

Pension Scheme

We have a 3, 6 or 8% employers' contribution. For staff interested in making AVCs (Additional Voluntary Contributions) we also offer a Salary Exchange mechanism which saves the employee money but does not cost the company.
