From Yorkshire to communities nationwide, we provide free tools and programmes that will make a difference today.
Our prevention work starts in communities like those we serve in Leeds and across Yorkshire and expand the length and breadth of the country. We provide health checks, resources and support to help people better understand and manage their heart health. We focus on early action, particularly in areas where the need is greatest. Our programmes are designed to be practical, accessible and evidence-based. By working with local partners, we reach people who may otherwise miss out on support. Discover how our Yorkshire-led approach is helping to prevent heart disease across the UK.
