Overnight oats are a no-cook, budget-friendly breakfast that’s perfect for taking on-the-go. This version combines heart-healthy oats, chia seeds, and antioxidant-rich blueberries for a simple meal that supports cardiovascular health while remaining around 75p per portion. Just mix it up the night before and wake up to a delicious, nourishing breakfast ready to go.

Chia & Blueberry Breakfast Jar

Method

  1. In a large bowl add all ingredients together and mix everything up.
  2. Divide the mixture into two jars or small food containers with lids, top with a few extra blueberries if you wish and chill overnight.

  • 100g porridge oats
  • 200ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 4 tbsp plain 0% Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 150g frozen blueberries
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
