Method

  1. In a bowl, mash the avocado with the Greek yogurt and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Season with the garlic powder and pepper, chop and mix in the parsley.
  3. Serve on wholemeal bread and enjoy.

  • 1 x ripe avocado
  • 1 tbsp plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
