Cooking time: 6 hours

High protein, Low salt, Low saturated fat
Gluten Free, Pescetarian, Vegetarian

A naturally sweet, creamy ice lolly made with fruit and fat-free Greek yogurt – perfect for a refreshing, heart-healthy summer treat. Make these ahead of time and have them ready in the freezer for a quick sweet-treat when the craving strikes!

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. If the mixture is very thick, add about 100ml of cold water to loosen it slightly.
  2. Pour the mixture evenly into ice lolly moulds. Tap gently on the work surface to remove air bubbles.
  3. Insert lolly sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until fully set.
  4. To release the lollies, briefly run the moulds under warm water, then gently pull out.

    Ingredients

  • 200g fresh or frozen mango
  • ½ ripe banana
  • 200g fat-free Greek yogurt
  • Juice of ½ lime
