A quick, easy, and heart-healthy breakfast option, these overnight oats are packed with fibre from the oats and antioxidants from fresh fruit. Made with 0% fat Greek yoghurt, it’s a low-sugar alternative to many cereals, giving you a nourishing start to your day.


Method

  1. Mix the porridge oats and the yoghurt together in a bowl until filly combined
  2. Add the fruit and stir to ensure it is well combined with the oats and yoghurt
  3. Place in the fridge overnight
  4. Serve the oats in bowls, sprinkled with nuts/seeds

    Ingredients

  • 200 g porridge oats
  • 500 ml 0% fat Greek yoghurt
  • 200 g fruit of your choice (e.g. blueberries, raspberries, chopped strawberries or apple)
  • 2 tablespoons a nut or seed of your choice
