Starting just outside Newcastle city centre, this incredible half marathon will take you over the Tyne Bridge, through Gateshead, into South Tyneside before finishing along the stunning north-east coastline into South Shields. Cheered on by fantastic crowds, with entertainment and music along the route and a finish line atmosphere like no other, your 13.1 mile challenge will be unforgettable.
We have a limited number of charity places available each year. Secure your place on the team now by completing our registration form. We’ll ask you to pay a registration fee and commit to raising our minimum sponsorship target of £350.
If you’re one of the lucky ones and secure your own place through the Great North Run ballot, we’d love to have you as part of our team. All we ask is that you raise as much as you can, and you’ll receive all the same support as our charity place runners.
