3 Reasons why its heart healthy:
- Swapping from white to wholemeal flour is great for your heart. It is higher in fibre and so helps to lower your cholesterol levels and your blood pressure.
- Garlic and rosemary remove the need for salt in this recipe. Consuming excess salt can increase blood pressure, which puts increased strain on your heart.
- This recipe uses fat free Greek yoghurt which is lower in saturated fat than its full fat version. This will help to keep your LDL (bad) cholesterol levels low whilst also providing a healthy protein boost to help keep you fuller for longer.
