This rich, creamy Tofu Chocolate Mousse is a heart-healthy way to do dessert. Silken tofu and ripe banana blend together to create a smooth, naturally sweet base, while cocoa and vanilla add a deep chocolate flavour. Top with fresh strawberries for a light yet indulgent treat that’s as nourishing as it is delicious.


Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Chill for 1-hour before serving for best texture.
  3. Top each mousse with fresh slices of strawberry and serve.

  • 200g silken tofu
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 ½ tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 4 fresh strawberries, sliced
