Ingredients

  • 1 x small head cauliflower cut into florets

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

  • 1 tbsp tomato puree

  • 2 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp  honey

  • 1 tsp ready chopped garlic

  • 1 x small onion cut into thick wedges

  • 160 g green beans trimmed

  • Serve with brown rice (optional)

Directions

  • Add cauliflower florets to a bowl with oil, vinegar, tomato puree, garam masala and honey, toss to coat
  • Stir in garlic and onion
  • Place the ingredients into the air fryer basket and air fry for about 8 mins, halfway through (about 4 mins) remove the basket and shake to ensure cauliflower evenly roasting.
  • After 8 mins add the green beans to the basket and shake to combine. 
  • Continue air-frying until the vegetables are tender and roasted (about 5 minutes).
  • Transfer to serving platter and serve with brown rice.
