I attended Heart research in Edinburgh , after the consultation with a lovely nurse, she pointed out that my blood pressure was too high & I have high cholesterol, advised that I see my doctor, which I did straight away.
I am now on medication to lower both Blood pressure & Cholesterol, and going through more tests to get to the root cause. Going to the research program was an invite from Arnold Clark , after we purchased a car from them. I found it very straightforward and the information given by the nurse’s an excellent experience I would recommend this to anyone that is invited or having issues with blood pressure & high cholesterol.
