Ingredients

  • 50 g sunflower seeds 

  • 50 g pumpkin seeds 

  • 50 g sesame seeds 

  • 50 g flaxseed (ground or whole) 

  • 50 g chia seeds

Directions

  • Open all the seeds and mix them together in an air-tight storage jar. 
  • Add 1 tablespoon (10g) to whatever you are eating!
