minutesIngredients
10 Strawberries
1-2 Bananas
6 tbsp Low-sugar/Low-fat thick Greek Yogurt (we recommend Fage greek yogurt)
20 Raisins or Chocolate Chips
Directions
- Wash your strawberries and place them on a cutting board. Proceed to cut the strawberries in half, sideways. Keep the strawberry halves together as the bottom of the strawberry will become Santa’s hat, and the top will be Santa’s body.
- Once the strawberries have been halved, peel and cut your banana sideways so you are left with 10 circular pieces.
- Take a spoonful of Greek yogurt and spread a light layer between the strawberry halves. Once this has been applied, take your banana piece and sandwich it between the two strawberry halves, using light pressure to stick and hold.
- Take two raisins or chocolate chips and apply a layer of greek yogurt to the back of each. Then, lightly press this into the top of the strawberry, to create the illusion of eyes. Repeat this which each strawberry half.
- Lastly, take a piping bag or spoon and add a dollop to the top of each strawberry to create Santa’s hat. Serve on a plate and enjoy!
